Quality is essential. We believe that our reputation for high quality products and services has been an important factor in attracting and maintaining our customers. We place great emphasis on quality assurance and we have in place a stringent quality control programme and manual which we require all our staff to comply with throughout the design process. We monitor our design process closely and conduct stringent quality assurance checks, which include quality assurance at the design stage, incoming quality assurance of components and parts, assembly testing and final quality testing.

Our selection of suppliers for components and parts, as well as for the materials used in the mass production of mobile handsets for our customer is based on the suppliers industry reputation, whether it has been certified as having met applicable industry standards for quality assurance, market share and product reliability.

All incoming parts, components and materials used in the production process are first forwarded to our quality assurance department for quality control checks by professional quality assurance personnel. The quality control checks include dimensional checks, visual checks and functional checks to ensure that the parts and components conforming to required specifications. We also subject certain of our components such as chipsets, as well as any prototype mobile handset developed by us to stringent and comprehensive testing.
